Noreen joined Nike in 2002 after gaining considerable experience in the FMCG sector cutting her teeth in various marketing, commercial and category management  roles in Unilver and McCain Foods. Noreen successfully managed the Irish business for just over 2 years growing both revenue and market share in this period. 2 years later Noreen moved to Nike U.K to develop our strategic accounts and then went on to join the Equipment division where the business grow by 22% during her tenure.

In June 2007 Noreen moved to Nike European Headquarters joining the Nike Central Europe, Middle East and Africa team where she gained considerable experience across multiple functions successfully driving the Women’s and equipment portfolio across many geographies.
Noreen had a great deal of input in driving emerging markets strategic direction in Russia, Turkey, South Africa and Distributor countries (UAE, Balkans, Baltics, Romania, Bulgaria  and Africa) with the execution of retail door strategies across 1,000 Nike franchise stores driven by market and consumer needs.

In February of this year Noreen moved to take up the challenge of leading the Equipment business for EMEA with product, commercial and marketing strategy responsibilities for this $400m Nike business. Noreen successfully managed a team of 30 people through recent company restructure while maintaining focus on delivering current and futures planning metrics at both European head office and country level.

Noreen is a true Nike team player and enjoys the people aspect of her job the most really working towards the development of talent, teamwork and diversity to ensure success of individuals.

Noreen recently married Grattan and has moved to London from Amsterdam where she is looking forward to the challenge of developing Nike’s Women’s business and really focusing on educating consumers about the benefits of sport. In her spare time Noreen likes to run, do the Nike Training Club workout, read and cook especially for her husband as they only see each other at weekends.
