Michaela Staniford  became England’s youngest international player (male or female) when she made her debut aged 18. A year later she went on to help England finish second in the IRB Rugby World Cup in Canada and this year was part of the England 7s squad which triumphed at the Rugby World Cup Sevens Cup in March.
