Christina Ioannidis is an organizational development consultant and seasoned entrepreneur. A Venezuelan – Greek, she is the founder and CEO of Aquitude, a leading Leadership and Organizational Development Consultancy. Aquitude was born out of Christina’s passion for empowering cultural diversity and enhancing cultural change within business to increase innovation.

When she is not traveling, Christina enjoys cycling and pilates, as well as, designing her own jewellery and accessories.
